At Hush Baby, we are dedicated to sourcing only the finest products for our customers, rigorously inspecting each item before dispatch. If you receive a faulty product or one that doesn’t fit correctly, we’re here to help. Please note that certain items, particularly those for infants aged 0-6 months, cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. To avoid sizing issues, please consult our size chart or contact our customer service for assistance.
During promotional periods, products are typically ineligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective. Our goal is to deliver products in pristine condition, and should you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll gladly assist you. Before shipment, our quality control team conducts a thorough inspection to ensure compliance with AQL standards.
Eligibility for Returns
Products with manufacturing defects such as tears, stains, or incorrect stitching are eligible for replacement or refund, with return shipping covered by us. You must notify us of any such issues within 48 hours of receiving the product. Additionally, unpacking videos are required for all return requests.

Returns are not accepted for items not purchased directly from hushbaby.in. If you purchased a Hush Baby product elsewhere, please refer to the seller’s return policy.
Order Modification/Cancellation
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, if the order has already been processed, you can return it once received.
Refund Policy
For refund inquiries, if you’re dissatisfied with your purchase due to manufacturing defects, our QC team will inspect the returned shipment upon arrival at our warehouse. We’ll offer a replacement or refund, with return shipping covered by us, provided you inform us within 48 hours of receipt.
